Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if it has been 14 days since you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.
Your item must be sent back to us in the original packaging to the address we provided. Please do not send your purchased product back to our manufacturers.

Order Changes and Cancellation
After purchase, we will give you 24 hours to cancel or make any changes (discounted items are not subject to cancellation). At any time beyond that, your order will already be processed and ready to ship, so order changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours.
Damaged/Missing Items
If for any reason your order is damaged or contains missing items, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. To request a Damaged/Missing Product, please contact our support team . "My tracking information says delivered but I haven't received it yet." If we have confirmed with the post office and shipping company that the item was delivered with a specific date, time and location. We are not responsible for items missing at the time of delivery.

Refunds
